Personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or resold. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. If a personalized item arrives damaged or contains an error made by Creative Visuals, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right. 

Creative Visuals offers digital products that are available for download or digital use. Because digital products are delivered electronically, they are not eligible for returns or refunds once the purchase has been completed. Physical visual resources from Creative Visuals are carefully created, assembled, and finished by hand.
