We want you to be happy with your Creative Visuals purchase. If you change your mind about a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.
Because many of our resources are carefully prepared and packaged for each customer, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 14-day return period.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Creative Visuals, we will cover the cost of correcting the issue.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or resold. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged or contains an error made by Creative Visuals, please contact us and we will gladly replace it.
